Step 1.
You contact our managers and we provide you with complete consultancy services regarding your questions. If you wish to get preliminary calculations of the customs duties and fees amounts, please fill in the inquiry form or give information on your cargo (invoice and/or packing document, harmonization codes of the goods and delivery route (departure and delivery places). You will receive the quotation for the cost of our transportation and customs clearance services related to your shipment within one day. Consultations and calculations are free of charge.
Step 2.
As long you are satisfied with our services and prices, then we pass to the second step - signing customs broker service contract with our company. To register goods imported according to foreign trade contracts of your company it is enough to have only customs broker service contract with our company to perform customs clearance or export procedures for your goods. MEMO: the contract related to the bonded warehouse service is not required.
Step 3.
As soon above mentioned contract is has been signed and preliminary documents analysis of your goods finalized, we could pick-up the goods from your warehouse and issue export documents. We could insure your goods n accordance with your requirements. We would need information about the contact person at your company who is responsible for these export/import operation (name, phone & fax numbers, e-mail address).
Step 4.
The only thing required from your side to perform all necessary export/import customs procedures for your goods is to prepare documents for registration within the customs authorities, and then we will do the rest.
In-particular:

We will prepare documents required for the customs declaration registration as well as all necessary documents and their electronic samples needed to perform customs procedures
We will perform all required customs formalities both for the goods and transportation units (vehicles, rail coaches, planes etc.)
We will present all documents and additional data necessary for the customs purposes to the customs authorities of the Russian Federation
We will arrange presentation of declared goods and transportation units for the customs inspection if necessary
We will perform all necessary customs duties and other payments enlisted in the Customs code of the Russian Federation, related to the declared goods and transportation units
We will perform all other actions necessary to finalize customs formalities and customs control procedures, as an organization authorized to execute this activity
We will perform classification of goods in accordance with according to customs laws of external economic activity
We will calculate the amounts of customs payments and provide all necessary information regarding the rates of customs duties
We will represent our clients’ interests in the customs authorities

The customs formalities finalization process takes one or two days, depending on goods quantity the declared shipment.
Step 5
As soon customs formalities completely fulfilled in accordance with customs mode chosen and our company services paid by your company, your goods are released from the bonded temporary storage warehouse. We could arrange delivery of your goods to the final destination or you can do it yourself.
We accept payments either via bank transfer or through direct cash payment in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

If you are ready to the further dialogue, we pass to the following stage of our interaction - the conclusion of Broker Service Contract. Payment of services and duties is made at reception of cargo in your warehouse.
After the contract conclusion and documents analysis we take cargo from the sender warehouse. We can adjust the export and also insure your cargo if you wish. At this stage the information on the sender is required (contact person / phone / mail).

By sea (sea container )
During our work in the market of sea cargo transportations, Greenway was able to adjust partner communications with the majority of sea transport lines. Volumes of the transportations, which are carried out by our company, allow to receive significant discounts at our partners (Shipping companies). That allows our clients to receive economy not less than 10 % from cost of the freight even at accommodation of the small order.
